Melbourne-based JINT Australia was established in 1989.  It is a close partner of JOSS' chartering and shipping operations for the movement of bulk raw materials, cargoes or finished products between Australia , New Zealand , the US West Coast and Canada , among others.  It also operates a self-discharging vessel servicing Australian ports for and on behalf of the owners Beltship Shipping KS, Norway ; in addition to being a logistics company specializing in road, rail and sea-based transport and logistics solutions throughout Australia .

Jebsens ( London ) Ltd.       

Jebsens London acts as european broker for the group activities whilst maintaining dialogue with our UK customers. Commercial activities of the office include chartering and sale and purchase of vessels and futures trading.

GERMANY

AJ Ship Management Gmbh         

Leer-based AJ Ship Management was established to handle the technical management on the vessels based in the European region.  It works closely with the Manila ship management office providing all technical management and commercial aspects needed for an efficient operation.  The ship management operations has received numerous ISO and ISM awards and certificates proving its international reputation of quality and excellence in the business processes and operations.

NORWAY

Jebsen Management AS     

The headquarters of the Jebsens group, the commercial shipping activities carried out in the Bergen office are ship operations, logistics and customer relations in the North Sea . The North Sea activities are mainly built on long term contract of affreightments with a few customers.  The administration services in the office consists of accounting, finance, strategic planning and marketing for its worldwide affiliates.    

Jebsen Orient Shipping Services AS (JOSS)          

The commercial shipping operation of all Jebsens vessels for the movement of bulk raw materials and finished products in the Australasian and Pacific regions is undertaken by this company on behalf of a number of participants.  The fleet currently ranges in size from 6,000 to 30,000 dwt.  JOSS has strategically located offices around the globe ( Manila , Melbourne , Tokyo , Singapore , Hong Kong Princeton - New Jersey , London , Bergen and New Zealand ) to bring the services closer to customers and develop supply chain management with clients.

The Aboitiz Jebsen Bulk Transport Corporation (ABOJEB) in Manila , Philippines , is one of the strongest partnerships formed by Jebsens. Jebsens Maritime, Inc.        

 

JMI   is the crewing arm of Aboitiz Jebsen which is extensively engaged in the supply of shipboard personnel from the Philippines, as well as China, India, Russia, Poland and other parts of Europe. It has an experienced pool of over 4,000 crew and has been contracted by leading ship owners and managers to provide them with crew management services for over 130 ships.

Aboitiz Jebsen Manpower Solutions Inc. is an established recruitment agency in Manila which provides overseas skilled workers to companies worldwide.  Aboitiz Jebsen Manpower Solutions Inc. is duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and has an extensive pool of highly qualified Filipino professionals and multi-skilled workers such as engineers and construction workers, medical and healthcare specialists, teaching personnel and many more.

EMS Crew Management Philippines, Inc. is a joint venture between the Aboitiz Jebsen group and Tschudi & Eitzen Ship Management AS . Established in 1996, the company is dedicated to providing quality crew management services to vessels under T&E’s management.

Harbor Training Center, Inc.       

Harbor Training Center Inc.   is the only training center in the Philippines that is able to conduct practicum courses onboard an actual passenger vessel.  It was established to ensure that seafarers are well trained according to international standards and well-equipped with the knowledge, understanding and proficiency of the skills that are required for the various jobs onboard the vessels.
