Jebsens have been involved in shipping worldwide for 75 years, during this period the company has expanded to operate in a wide range of regions and cultures. The distances from Norway are large but the company has always ensured that we are physicially located close to our customers to ensure that decisions and operational performance are offered at the highest standard when and where it best suits our customers.

Our traditional area of geared and grab fitted bulk carriers has lead us into varied operations where we have provided self discharge capabilities. This was further developed with the introduction of continuous self-unloading vessels in the 1980's. Since then we have developed this into more specialised activities for both carriage of products and their handling.  This includes cement ships, combo ships capable of both chemical tanker and dry bulk operations to service industrial customers.

Today we are venturing more and more onto the shore side augmenting the sea transport segment with land based transport, cargo handling, various storage and repackaging facilities. The focus is truly worldwide and with a variety of solutions and services at hand, we aim to meet the challenges of our customers.
